What is the difference between NVMe SSDs, SATA SSDs, and microSD cards?
NVMe SSDs install directly into a compatible M.2 slot and are designed for high-speed internal storage. A 2.5-inch SATA SSD connects through SATA data and power interfaces and is commonly used to upgrade desktops and laptops. microSD cards are removable storage products designed for compatible cameras, mobile devices, gaming systems, security cameras, and other supported devices.
These products use different interfaces and are not interchangeable.
How do I know which storage product is compatible with my device?
Before purchasing, check your device manual or manufacturer specifications for:
- Storage interface: PCIe NVMe, SATA, microSD, or microSD Express
- Supported M.2 size, such as 2280
- Supported PCIe generation
- Maximum supported storage capacity
- Required speed class or video speed class
- Available physical space and connector type

Are the advertised speeds guaranteed on every device?
No. Published speeds represent maximum sequential performance under suitable test conditions. Actual performance may vary based on the device, interface generation, motherboard, card reader, capacity, file type, operating system, available storage space, temperature, and testing method.
What is the Class 6 microSDHC 5-pack designed for?
This multipack is intended for compatible devices with basic or moderate storage requirements, such as supported cameras, audio devices, older electronics, and other everyday applications.
Is a Class 6 card recommended for high-bitrate 4K video?
It may not meet the sustained-write requirements of high-bitrate 4K recording. Check the camera manufacturer’s required speed class and video speed class before use.
Why might an older device not recognize the card?
The device may have limitations related to card capacity, microSDHC support, file system, or formatting. Check the device manual and format the card using the device’s recommended procedure when appropriate.
Are all five cards in the pack combined into one capacity?
No. Each card is an independent storage device. The listed capacity applies to each card according to the selected product variation unless the product page states otherwise.
