I find that the korok forest in LoZ BotW/TotK is a good speed read test. Its one of the most cpu heavy areas in the game due to just how many active textures and objects are loaded at once.
I also tried Rhythem Heaven Groove (if there is any lag during the read process, you'd know right away. This game is incredibly sensitive to even the slightest mis-timing).
Cult of the Lamb, while not a super large game, it has been known to lag during certain boss battles on the Switch version. I wished I could have made it to TOWW as people have reported lagging, but I haven't made it that far yet. I can say all battles up to Heket are smooth!
I have a pretty extensive library of games for the Switch, so if you'd like me to try a particular game and how well the SD card holds up, let me know. ♡
It's done a great job so far and any worries I had about buying from a lesser known brand of sd cards have been removed. The value for money is impressive and I usually don't risk buying non-brand when it when it comes to my gaming data. I've been burned before lol. I will definitely be returning to purchase the 512GB version.

Sure enough, my first test — run on one of my existing readers — only produced a read speed of about 90 MB/s, nowhere close to the 880 MB/s advertised on the package. That confirmed what the extra pins had suggested: I needed a proper Express-compatible reader to unlock this card's real performance. That wasn't much of a hardship, since all my existing readers were USB-A anyway and couldn't take advantage of the Thunderbolt ports on my MacBook Pro regardless. So, shopping I went.
Once I had the new reader in hand, the difference was dramatic — not just in read speed, but burst write speed landed in the same performance tier as well. In my first test, using 512 MB file transfers, I measured a sequential read speed of 886.5 MB/s and a write speed of 775.86 MB/s. That matched the package claims almost exactly, and honestly, it was hard to wrap my head around a card this small hitting those numbers.
Bumping the transfer size up to 32 GB files, speeds dropped noticeably, but still remained far ahead of a standard microSD card's 90 MB/s read / 40 MB/s write on the same reader. Sustained speeds settled around 600 MB/s read and 300 MB/s write. Both directions heated the card significantly, with write operations running slightly hotter — expected, given that flash memory generally requires higher voltage and current for writes than for reads. I'm not certain what the card's official thermal limits are, but I measured temperatures as high as 170°F on the card's exposed end outside the reader during sustained transfers.
